CGI Doctoral Projects

California Graduate Institute Doctoral Projects CGI doctoral students study a special clinical or theoretical (or combined) topic of their choosing, one that holds personal interest, and write their findings in a report called a Doctoral Project (also known as a dissertation). Several CGI courses teach doctoral students how to conduct clinical projects and format the findings. Students choose a committee of experienced faculty members to direct them through the process.

The CGI Learning Resource Center, located at the Westwood facility, holds the Institute's collection of over 700 bound graduate dissertations, serving today's doctoral candidates who are continuing the tradition of scholarly studies.
